KADMAR’S learning and development supports the on the job mentoring provided on a day-to-day basis by experts in the industry. Frequent workshops, seminars and other events including ship and terminal visits provide informed insight across different commercial, financial, regulatory and operational subjects. The over-arching aim is to widen and deepen an understanding of Kadmar and its role improving the industry within our area.
