Kindly find instructions for sending sea-freight as the following:
1- Sea-freight better be received at (Alexandria – Port said West – Sokhna).
2- Days required for clearance of sea freight shipments will be 5 or 7 days, prior to onboard delivery date.
3- Shipping documents required are:
a- B/L.
b- Packing list.
c- Commercial invoice.

Please prior to send SEA-FREIGHT to Egypt, kindly make sure the exporter of the cargo has an account on Cargo X platform:
https://cargox.io/
Then, please share with us Cargo X account ID, and VAT number in order to register from our side and get ACID number and revert back with it prior to shipping to Egypt.
Kindly note this is a must step for importing Sea freight shipments to Egypt according to the Egyptian Authorities.
After getting ACID, it is also a must to Upload all shipping documents via Cargo X.
And prior to actual shipping of the cargo.
