Egypt’s Accession to TIR Convention

Please find attached copy of the presidential Decree No. 396 of 2020 issued in 14th July 2020 and published in the Egyptian Gazette on 25th February 2021, regarding approval of the accession of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (TIR Convention) s signed in Geneva on November 14, 1975, and the declaration regarding reservations on paragraphs 2 to 6 of Article 57 of the agreement.

 

Attached as well copy of the Customs Convention for your easy reference.
