Article one:

 

“Containerships” coming from ports at the North West of Europe (and Tangier port) till Algeciras port heading to (port Klang) and its Eastern ports at South East of Asia and the Far East shall be granted a rebate of 6% of Suez Canal normal tolls (the mentioned rebate doesn’t include levied surcharge for tiers of containers carried on the vessel’s upper deck)

 

 

Amendment of article one to read:

 

“Containerships” coming from ports at the North West of Europe (and Tangier port) till Algeciras port heading to (port Klang) and its Eastern ports at South East of Asia and the Far East shall be granted a rebate of 17% of Suez Canal normal tolls (the mentioned rebate doesn’t include levied surcharge for tiers of containers carried on the vessel’s upper deck)
