Good day,

Kindly notify all shipping agencies that it has been decided to amend the percentage of cargo allowed on ballast liquefied petroleum gas carriers as stated in the Rules of Navigation (page 180, Article 93, paragraph 3) so that the permissible limit is increased from 2% to 5% of the tanker’s dead summer weight and still have the privilege of ballast vessels, provided that the said amendment starts from the date of the issuance of this decision.
