Please find attached copy of Suez canal authority periodical concerning Suez Canal amendment and renewal of SCA circular No. 3/2018 concerning (Laden/Ballast) Dry Bulk Vessels operating between Americas’ ports and Asian ports.
SCA circular No. 3/2018 shall remain in force till 30 June 2021.
For your easy reference, pls note amendments are in Article One and difference are as follows:

Article One 1-Laden or Ballast Dry Bulk vessels coming from (or heading to) the East Coast of North America (ports located at the North of Savannah port) and heading to (or coming from) the following areas: | |
a) Ports of West of Indian Subcontinent starting from Karachi up to Cochin port; shall be granted a reduction of 20% of Suez Canal normal tolls.

b) Cochin port and it’s Eastern ports (including Far East area) shall be granted a reduction of 60% of Suez Canal normal tolls | b) Kochi port and it’s Eastern ports up to Port Klang shall be granted a reduction of 55% of Suez Canal normal tolls |
| c) Port Klang and it’s Eastern ports (including Far East area) shall be granted a rebate of 65% of Suez Canal normal tolls |
