Please find attached copy of SCA Periodical regarding the renewal and amendment of SCA circular 2/2023 operating between “US Gulf” ports (starting from Miami port & it’s western ports within the US Gulf) & the Caribbean area (ports located North of San Andreas Island – Latitude 12° 34’ 40” N) on one side & the stated below areas on the other side.

The circular is applicable to vessels sailing from the origin port from 1st of January 2024 until the 30th of June 2024.

The last permissible sailing date from the port of origin is 30 June 2024.

Copy of SCA circular No. 2/2023 is attached for your easy reference.
