In the Framework of encouraging maritime traffic at Egyptian ports, SCA has resolved to implement a partial amendment to Navigational Circular No. (6) of 2025 concerning the levying of mooring and berthing charges for vessels conducting logistical operations in the anchorage areas (V AREA) at the Southern Sector and bound for El-Adabiya Port.

Periodical No. 1 of 2026 shall remain in effect with all its provisions until January 31, 2027.

A copy of SCA circular is attached for your easy reference.
