Pls. find attached a copy of SCA periodical concerning the renewal of Circular No. 9/2023 for the rebate granted to “Dry Bulk Vessels” (laden/Ballast) Operating between Egyptian ports on the “Red Sea” on one side and ports at South-West Africa on the other side in which it is decided to remain in force until 30th June 2026.
