Please find attached copies of SCA Periodicals regarding the amendments & renewal of the following circulars concerning LNG, LPG carriers & Oil Tankers:
All SCA periodicals are applied to LNG, LPG carriers & Oil Tankers sailing from the port of origin from June 30th, 2023 until December 2023.

  • SCA circular (7/2017) for vessels operating between American Gulf ports & ports South of the US Gulf:
20232401
  • SCA circular (1/2018) for Oil Tankers with crude oil coming from ports of the US Gulf, Caribbean area & Latin America heading to Asian ports:
20232402
  • SCA circular (4/2020) for LPG carriers operating between (the East Coast of the Americas & the US Gulf) and (India & its Eastern ports)

This periodical shall remain in force as from 1st July 2023 until 31st December 2023.
The last permissible sailing date from port of origin is 31st December 2023.
For your easy ref. Please find attached SCA periodical regarding the amendment & renewal of SCA circular No. 4/2020 dated 8/12/2022 which is still in force.
