Amendment of Circular Number 6/2022 dated 07/06/2026Circular Number 6/2022 dated 27/02/2022
1) The surcharge levied on (Laden/ ballast) “Chemical Tankers and Other Liquid Bulk Tankers” rate (6) of the Transit Dues Schedule] transiting the Suez Canal in both directions, is amended to be 32% from Suez Canal normal transit dues.1) The surcharge levied on (Laden/ ballast) “Chemical Tankers and Other Liquid Bulk Tankers” rate (6) of the Transit Dues Schedule] transiting the Suez Canal in both directions, is amended to be 20% from Suez Canal normal transit dues.
  • Noting that these surcharges are temporary and can be either amended or canceled according to the “Maritime Industry” market conditions.
  • This periodical is applicable to tankers transiting the Suez Canal from the 15th of July 2026.
