| 1) The surcharge levied on (Laden/ ballast) “General Cargo Vessels, Muti-Purpose Vessels, Heavy Lift Vessels, General Cargo/ Heavy Lift Vessels, Muti-Purpose Vessels, Heavy Lift Vessels’’rate (8) of the Transit Dues Schedule] transiting the Suez Canal in both directions, is amended to be 26% from Suez Canal normal transit dues. | 1) The surcharge levied on (Laden/ ballast) “General Cargo Vessels, Muti-Purpose Vessels, Heavy Lift Vessels, General Cargo/ Heavy Lift Vessels, Muti-Purpose Vessels, Heavy Lift Vessels’’ rate (8) of the Transit Dues Schedule] transiting the Suez Canal in both directions, is amended to be 14% from Suez Canal normal transit dues. |
- Noting that these surcharges are temporary and can be either amended or canceled according to the “Maritime Industry” market conditions.
- This periodical is applicable to tankers transiting the Suez Canal from the 15th of July 2026.
