Please find attached copy of SCA Periodical regarding the renewal and amendment of SCA circular 3/2023 operating between operating between the “American Gulf” (starting from Miami port and its western ports within the “American Gulf” also ports located southern of the “American Gulf” ) on one side and the below stated areas at India and its eastern ports on the other side.

The circular is applicable to Tankers sailing from the origin port from 1st of January 2024 until the 30th of June 2024.

The last permissible sailing date from the port of origin is 30 June 2024.

Copy of SCA circular No. 3/2023 is attached for your easy reference.
