Regarding reducing the assigned period for auction procedure of neglected cargo inside port

Please find attached copy of customs authority decision No. 114 / 2020 regarding reducing the assigned period for auction procedure of neglected cargo inside ports to be one month instead of four months.

 

Kindly note this regulation are enforced as from 30/08/2020.
