Suez Canal Authority has issued Circular No. 1/2025, announcing updates to navigational charts SC01 and SC02. This update follows the completion of the double-lane channel work in the Little Bitter Lakes, specifically between kilometers 122 and 132. It is mandatory for vessels transiting the Suez Canal to have the latest paper charts SC01 and SC02 on board. Additionally, electronic charts must be updated to reflect these changes to ensure safe navigation through the canal.
