KADMAR is honored to highlight the following statement by Mr. Mahmoud El Kady
Honored to speak yesterday as a panel speaker at the Egypt International Boat Show, joining a discussion focused on the business of yacht tourism and maritime services in Egypt.
What I shared was not theory it was grounded in daily operational experience.
Yachting tourism does not grow through slogans or brochures. It grows through clear regulation, predictable procedures, efficient port services, and seamless coordination between authorities and operators.
Egypt has all the natural advantages:
strategic geography, diverse coastlines on the Mediterranean and Red Sea, year-round weather, and proximity to major yachting routes.
The real opportunity now lies in execution.
Egypt today is not the Egypt of ten years ago.
With new marinas, upgraded ports, digital platforms, and growing private-sector capability, the foundations are in place to become a regional yachting hub if operational friction continues to be removed.
Proud to contribute this perspective alongside policymakers and industry leaders who are shaping the next phase of yacht tourism in Egypt.
Kind regards,
Mahmoud El Kady
