Please find attached copies of SCA Periodicals regarding the amendments & renewal of the following circulars concerning LNG, LPG carriers & Oil Tankers:

  • SCA circular (7/2017) for vessels operating between American Gulf ports & ports South of the US Gulf:
20235301
  • SCA circular (1/2018) for Oil Tankers with crude oil coming from ports of the US Gulf, Caribbean area & Latin America heading to Asian ports:
20235302
  • SCA circular (4/2020) for LPG carriers operating between (the East Coast of the Americas & the US Gulf) and (India & its Eastern ports):
20235303

All renewed SCA periodicals applied to LNG & LPG carriers shall be in force until June 30th, 2024.

Amended SCA periodical applied to Oil Tankers sailing from the port of origin from the 1st of January 2024 until the 30th of June 2024.

The last permissible sailing date from port of origin is 30 June 2024.

Please be guided accordingly.
